What happens when I reach my invoice limit?
FBR compliance is NEVER blocked by billing. You'll receive notifications at 80%, 90%, and 100% of your limit with upgrade options. If you hit your limit, we will issue you a very limited number of invoices during the grace period to keep your business running.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Free plan includes 30 invoices/month with both Sandbox and Production access. No credit card required. Upgrade only when your business needs more volume or advanced features.
Can I change plans anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you an 8% discount. You pay upfront for the full year. If you cancel mid-year, you can continue using the service until the end of the paid period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), bank transfers, and digital wallets. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Do you offer accounting firm packages?
Yes! Enterprise plan users can add multi-client firm management as an add-on. Manage 5, 15, or 50+ client businesses from a single login with complete data isolation between clients.
